Sooo when it comes to Christian music.....Okay let’s be honest here I am not a Hillsong or typical church praise and worship kind of girl; not that there is anything wrong with that kind of music whatsoever, but my musical tastes tend to be more on the heavier side. It is hard to find heavy metal bands who are truly Bible believing Christians. For example the band As I lay dying were deceitful and were not a Christian band at all and the band members came out and said that there were atheists and the lead singer Tim allegedly try to hire a hit man to kill his wife. From my research and watching interviews, Impending Doom is a pretty genuine Christian deathcore band and they proudly and openly talk about their faith. #fridaychallenge for the #queenteam 👑 This will probably be my last workout of this week so I did my best and challenged myself, I don’t know why I underestimated @alexia_clark challenge and thought I could add push ups after the kettlebell swings and thought i will just killed, but Alexia 1 - Lucy 0 Since focusing more into my water intake than my calorie/food tracking, I feel like slowly I’m going back to my pre-holiday shape, weight is slowly going down and im feeling stronger again and eating more mindful without stressing over every single calorie or macro (I don’t follow macros or low carb anymore tho) . Next week I will add another little challenge on top of my water intake before going back to calorie /food tracking.
