Hello! It seems like forever since I’ve done a life update so here you go!
I’m probably at the busiest point of my life (so far...) where I’m try to balance a full-time Dietetics master degree (which involves a full-day uni workshop + 3 days of hospital placement) + ~30 hours of personal training work per week + training 6 days per week + an amazing relationship 😌 + good nutrition + study + sleep 💭 Some days can be exhausting, especially those that involve uni + working out + closing the gym until 11:15pm, followed by a wake up at 5:30am the next morning to go to the hospital, then catching the bus back to the gym at ~4:30pm, smashing another workout, going home, eating and sleeping, and then waking up the next morning to do it all again haha 🙄
Don’t get me wrong, the purpose of this post definitely isn’t to complain, actually quite the opposite 😌
I CHOOSE to do this. There’s absolutely no one out there forcing me to get an education, work the hours I do, go to the gym, food prep, study... it’s all MY choice! The truth is I simply want to excel in so many different areas of life - I’m always working toward building a happy and successful future for myself, and I’ve simply acknowledged that if I truly want to reach my full potential one day then I need to put in the work NOW. And to be honest I LOVE working hard. Sure it can be exhausting.... but I feel so much more accomplished collapsing in bed each night knowing that I achieved something that day... something that will get me one step closer to achieving my goals ✨
I want to be a highly reputable, well educated and successful sports dietitian. I want to be an incredible physique coach. I want to be a professional bikini athlete. I want to live a beautiful life with @jack.radfordsmith
💙 But the truth is that “wants” don’t just happen, you need to dedicate the time and the work to make wants come alive ✨ And that’s exactly what I’m aiming to do... one day at a time 💫
