This will probably be my last workout of this week so I did my best and challenged myself, I don’t know why I underestimated @alexia_clark
challenge and thought I could add push ups after the kettlebell swings and thought i will just killed, but Alexia 1 - Lucy 0
Since focusing more into my water intake than my calorie/food tracking, I feel like slowly I’m going back to my pre-holiday shape, weight is slowly going down and im feeling stronger again and eating more mindful without stressing over every single calorie or macro (I don’t follow macros or low carb anymore tho) . Next week I will add another little challenge on top of my water intake before going back to calorie /food tracking.
