Another booty day workout!! We try to train legs 2-3 times a week, w/ each workout targeting a different area of da legs and booty to strengthen and tone all areas of the lower half 💪🏼 these ones in particular left the hammies and quads extra sore😅 try these supersets on your next leg day! .

Tail end of peak week vs right meow. As cool as it is to be that lean would you believe me if I said I was still around 144 lbs? During peak week I fluctuated between 142-145. I’m 5’10” , I lift a lot of weight - I can’t maintain a weight that low anymore. On the right, I’m trying to make some improvements. I have gained some weight, and honest to god hadn’t weight myself in over a month. The only things that don’t fit me are my bras right now lol. My pants are lose around my waist and tight on my quads , I feel good and happy about my body. I weigh 163 lbs. It’s a pretty safe assumption to conclude I’ve put on 5-6 lbs of muscle in the last year. As females we have a tendency to associate our value with numbers on the scale. It can be especially hard if you are a female who lifts weights. You are more than just numbers. 💕🥑🥑
