In all honesty, though, I've been on the go for a lot of today. I've been carrying coolers, blending smoothies, standing for hours, and I took a 2 hour walk/run this afternoon. I needed the carbs.😂 Carbs get such a bad rap, but it's all energy!! And trust me, you need energy to work in the athletics field. There's always something to be stocked, carried, pushed, pulled, blended, etc. I better sleep really well tonight!
