1. Lunges 25kg
2. Squats 25kg
3. Walking lunges 20kg
4. Plie 12kg
5. Deadlifts 20kg
6. Bicep curls 20kg
7. Military shoulder press 15kg
8. Leg/glute kickback machine 20kg

Most women dimiss strength training because they "don't want to get too big" and would rather "just tone". But unless you plan on taking anabolic steroids, have insane genetics and dedicate multiple hours daily to training, then you're never going to look bulky. The truth is that women have 1/15 to 1/20th amount of testosterone as men, and testosterone is the primary hormone responsible for muscle growth. So, is genetically impossible to develop a hulk-like physique- unless that's your actual goal🏋. So let's lift 🙋 you're not gonna look like the Hulk 😄!! #fitnessmotivation

That feeling you get when you finally feel back to "normal" after weeks of weirdness. Workouts are a big part of that feeling, because of the energy that comes from my routine.
I think the inconsistency was a good reminder of how good movement makes me feel. That's what il pull from when I'm not feeling like it next time. 😄
