Home is where my heart is 😘 . Lots of grunting this morning and lots of laughs. Here’s a little secret, sometimes I use more weight than he does.... even though I’m about 60 lbs lighter. It’s because I’ve been weight training for much longer. He would out run me all day any day because that’s what he’s been focusing on. . This has been a great example of the need for both strength and conditioning in your workout routine. You can’t get stronger, more toned chest, back, and arms by running everyday. It just doesn’t work like that. Sure you can lose weight, be in great conditioning shape, but don’t expect to get chiseled. Mix it up, do a weight training program in addition to running and you will also find your running game improves. Keep striving to best that #pr . 🙌 .
