Get you a girl who can do both 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️ Traveling this week. Meetings all day, but I still fit in a workout. Heres the process:
Wake up early --> workout --> get ready for the day
This really isn't a difficult process. I am one to have my schedule change throughout the day and also lose motivation throughout. So plan for this and make the necessary changes to get yourself in the gym.
You know yourself better than anyone so find your weaknesses and change those bad habits into good ones!
