Moreover he has lost 6 kg body weight in 40 days(94-88) and gained lean muscle mass as well. I was started giving him Personal Training 40 days before and now he is very much trained and doing every exercise independently because i have taught him form since first day and he is rolling on his own. Pan fried courgette cake,
Mix grated courgette with all the ingredients and squeeze them between both hands to drain the extra water from courgettes,
Make small cakes with hands ,
Put some olive oil on the pan and cook them both sides without moving too much, gently plate them and serve,
Good to eat in the tortilla rap, bun or even just like that with your favourite sauce, i like mine with plain yogurt,
Good on low carb diet, total fibre and amazing taste with a punch of chilli and beautiful aroma of cumin and coriander seeds,
You can even blend the seeds if you don’t like eating them whole, -
