❄️ Winter Wandering, and living life chasing stories to tell when we’re older ❄️
The things we take for granted.
Always trying to find new angles when hiking. Loved how the light was hitting the snow from above.
Just wandering around Indiana🤘🏼

I have no words for how wonderful it was to spend the holidays this year with my family. My dad, brother and sister-in-law were the best Christmas present I could ask for.
We were there for a little over two weeks and it was easily the highlight for me for the whole trip.
To be all together and sing, play music, boardgames, puzzles, go sledding, have snowball fights, cook, bake, build, walk and even have a fire on the middle of a frozen river!
I love you three more then words can ever say and it filled my heart to have had this time with you. To experience part of your life and world Ganesh and Anna in Maine, to live off-grid in such stunningly awe inspiring nature.
As much as I think I’m a city girl now, I so quickly when back in nature like this could see myself happily living this life style. It’s not an easy path by any means to have chosen to go down, it takes a lot of hard work and determination by you guys doing it and all with such grace and love. I am so very happy for you, as well as so incredibly proud and inspired by you both!
Sending you all my love, it was the hardest thing to do to leave you all and such a chunk of my heart behind.
Was out for a hike along some fairly rugged coastline and happened across a boat that had been abandoned by the refugees that had come in it from Turkey. I have no words to describe the feeling. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In the few updates I have posted regarding Moria I have focused mainly on short stories and personal experiences of mine; this was an intentional choice I made because as much as I want to communicate everything that goes on here, This is not the ideal time, nor social media the ideal place, to do so. There are many things about Moria it is not safe or wise to post publicly on the internet about. The fact of the matter is that fires, attempted suicides, fights, extreme weather conditions, threats, protests, and assaults are often part of daily life in Moria camp. The living conditions are truly deplorable and the struggle of every soul is evident in every moment. In the last week alone we experienced an attempted suicide at the front gate, the loss of a four year old girl who drowned before she could get ashore, and a fire in a large housing facility that burned it to the ground. These are hard things to try and explain. If you would like to see more of what Moria camp is like, I would recommend following the Aegean Boat Report, who posts regular updates. There is also a YouTube video done by the BBC that does a good job speaking to the situation. If you would like to hear more about what is going on in camp, please give me a call or a text, or better still, let’s get coffee and chat when I return to the states, I would love to answer the questions any of you may have, just probably not through a social media post.
In the thick of winter and all I can think about is how much I’d rather be in South America eating mango de azucar. Good thing I’ve got big South American plans coming up in t-minus 7 days! MANGOES I AM COMING FOR YOU!!! 🤪🥭 #whereintheworldishaley
When you find out the snows coming!!! #211crew

After some much needed consideration, Sonic decided that the best way for her to prepare for the CDT was to use her Neo-Air as a boogie board to catch some waves.
I whole heartedly agreed.
Seems logical, right?

Anyone up for some 🎾? I love finding little things like this tucked away when I’m flying. Being the huge sports fan that I am, one of my favorite accounts to follow is @hypecourts.
Still on the lookout for some killer basketball courts 👀
When you get stuck in the rain you sit on your computer for 2 hours editing and removing all the people from your photos. Pretty stoked with how this one turned out. Look for the before and after on my Stories tomorrow 🚷
Another great day in Mexico. This was my 3rd and final trip in 2018 to this amazing country. Looking forward to a few more trips next year. Thank you for the hospitality @occidentalnvallarta
