Sooo went for a run today but ended up walking. Didn’t do the full 4 miles so I’m just gonna divide it to other days. My energy is depleted from lack of sleep and shins were hurting... don’t really want a shin splint. Walked and dropped by to visit my uncle that I haven’t seen since maybe last year? Thought it would be quick but caught up with politics and crazy stuff going on in the world. It got too dark to run back home so I called mom to pick me up 🤣 Went to visit grandma and booonussss!!! Homemade spring rolls 🤤 .
BUT came home and did the other part of my workout. 😬 Not sure if much improvement but planked 1 min... but I need to learn to flex my core because I was straining my back trying to keep it straight. Next time it’ll be better 😉

Upper body is seriously my favorite. It never use to be but it is now!
I never would have known how strong I could be if it weren’t for these programs I do. They are constantly changing and constantly making me even prouder of myself.
If you are at all interested in trying what we do, let us know! We are starting another group on October 1st and this time workouts are only 4 times a week, 40 minutes tops! The reason we share this with you guys is because it has changed our lives! When you press play and you work till the end, you will have accomplished something every single day and that’s an amazing feeling! Who wants to even just try it?!?! on the left was me almost 6 years ago. I was 15 and a sophomore in high school (and super insecure!!) on the right was me last week, 22 years old and a whole different person due to self growth 🌞
there is also 45 pounds between these pictures. even at 45 lbs lighter I found myself needing to hide my body, as you can see i’m scrunching down in my posture to hide my stomach. nowadays, find me sporting crop tops, tighter clothing, french tucks, you name it!! it’s all a mind game, and while i’m aiming to close that 45 lb gap, i’m staying confident in myself in the meantime!! ✨
on another note, i’m hoping to get to the gym later in the week. tonight is the start of Yom Kippur and it is a solemn holiday so I will not be online from tonight into tomorrow night. I will also be fasting that entire time so I won’t be in the gym until at least thursday!! to those who observe, have an easy fast.
