This year I want to eat healthier to fuel my body.
Why am I putting in the effort to workout if I don't fuel my body with the nutrients and energy it needs?
Confession: I was the one that suggested we go through the drive through while we were out 😬 butttt I'm also the one that made this veggie loaded dinner tonight- and im glad I did! Not only was it tasty (even Sterling said so!) but I worked out afterwords and felt good doing it. I know if I took the easy route and picked something up for dinner tonight like I thought about doing, I would have felt like a slug while workout out 💪
baby steps. but still progress.
