Ok, so we will go ahead and call this last winter break my first “bulking season!” 😉 Pic in the left is this morning, pic on the right is 10 months ago. Honestly, chest is a little better and more developed, but the rest has a nice layer of padding for the winter! Time to go! It really was my horrible eating habits this winter. I’m a future dietitian, so I know better, but no one is perfect. By the way, this is Day 3 of no refined sugars. Not too bad... so it shouldn’t take me long to lean out. None for 4 to 6 weeks, then I will only have a cheat once a week after that. I have a full semester ahead of me, but spring approaches, and I want to be ready for it. So along with my forgiveness pilgrimage, it’s time to tighten up again. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and it’s beautiful outside to get 3 miles.
This weekend, I’m back in my home town visiting friends and family. When I know I’m leaving town, I make sure to bring at least some food with me so that I know I am staying on track. This little cooler lunch box is probably the best investment if you’re constantly on the go like I am and have limited options for prepping food. My favorite meal lately is two eggs over a whole bag of this steamed broccoli 🤤
