Thành phần (2 phần ăn) bao gồm: ✅100 gram thịt gà nạc. ✅50 gram hạt diêm mạch ✅Một ít bắp ngọt và đậu đỏ ✅Một nhúm rau xà lách thái nhỏ ✅1 quả bơ nhỏ ✅1 muỗng nhỏ ngò rí cắt nhỏ. ✅2 lát chanh. I prefer to add 1 or 2 extra exercises for every muscle and I prefer not to start with the pull ups you may lose all your energy 😅 If you're not fit enough to do proper pull ups like me, use the assisted pull up machine its really great for beginners or fat guys 😊 I always feel like these workouts on Instagram aren't hard enough for me that's why I try to do more sets and exercises in the gym. 🏋️‍♂️ . . . Weekly workout: This week we are doing 10 - 1 minute rounds of two different exercises. The barbell Back Squat and the clean and press. Squat 10 reps of a barbell in 1 minute then in the next minute clean and press the bar as many times as you can within the space of 1 minute. Rest for 2 minutes. Repeat this process for 10 sets, giving you a 40 minute workout in total. Keep the tempo the same throughout each round and you shouldn’t fail to complete each set if your pacing is spot on. Monday's always give me me that New Year vibe. Sometimes I just need a mental clean slate. On that note it's important to set the tone for the week so I'm giving you the third and final full body workout. See previous post for part 1 and 2. INSTRUCTIONS The first circuit contains two plyo exercises. If you are not conditioned enough to do these exercises then do speed squats (10) instead of box jumps and push ups (15 reps) instead of bench plyo push ups. Complete the first circuit two times, but three times if you’re doing the modified version. The second circuit has four exercises, two for total body conditioning and one for upper and lower body. Complete this circuit three times. Rest 2 minutes before you move on to the third circuit. The third and final circuit of this workout focuses on core rotation. Complete this circuit two times. So how do you set this up for the week? Monday: Part 1 Wednesday: Part 2 Friday: Part 3 There you have a three day full body workout. Save it, share it and most importantly try it. I didn't do exercise for last 4 days due to travel and had lot of food(good and bad), But my guilt chased and awakened me and I had to step out even though there is no my gym near me. In olden days there was no gym that doesn't mean people weren't healthy. Its all about mindset and technique which we forget to learn or we are not showing interest to learn. First one should create mindset and everything will follow you thereafter. My today's workout is ActionBody workout: 1. 400 meter Sprint and Jog 2. 10 Burpees 3. 10 Pushups 4. 10 Jumping Air Squat Repeat 4 rounds or Amrap 20 minutes Set B: 10 Lateral Jump 10 Park Bench Jump 10 Pulls up 10 Monkey bar to and fro 15 foot wide 10 pushups.
