There are people that will work at a task or some sort of project and hit a "road block" at some point in the process. For the ones that "work around" the problem, dont address the problem, or just flat out not deal with it, are people that need to educate themselves in some way to over come the "road block" These are opportunities to learn, gain the experience, and less likely have the "road block" again.
