Meet Alanna— She decided to join our gym when she noticed she needed some physical activity into her daily lifestyle that pushes her to stay on top of her health. After her 1 free class and days of not being able to walk from soreness, she knew this was her answer. •
Two things she would tell someone who is starting their fitness journey?
1. “You aren't going to see changes, unless you make changes in your daily routine. That was a hard lesson to learn. Might as well start now”
2. “It's not going to happen over night, BUT seeing little wins like, small muscle tone, going up in kettle ball weights, and less, "I'm going to pass out" moments are always a good feeling.”
3. Alanna’s favorite thing about H.I.I.T fit gym?

Since the end of 2015 I’ve been consistent with posting three blog posts per week without fail. Mondays are usually focused on nutrition, then there is #workoutwednesday
and Friday is usually dedicated to running tips. I’ll tell you it’s hard to stay on top of it and some weekends I wonder if I can pull off another three articles for the upcoming week. It was my birthday this weekend so I was a little distracted, but happy to report that even though I woke up today with zero blog posts and zero ideas I managed another three that I’m proud to share. People who have thin hair will understand me in this excitement! As a hairdresser I always uses the best products but end up most of the times cutting it or doing something else like extensions just because my hair never got into a decent length. Now with 2 main products in my nutrition I’m able to say what I been waiting all my life is finally here lol!
