How to hollowback and drop back to pincha and kick over.
Most important thing, you have to face your fear, be brave and falling gracefully 😜 ( teori gampang prakteknya ya gitulah )
🙏Try to fall out as slowly as you can. I choose staglegs cause it much easier and you can keep your balance.
🙏Keep pressing your forearms and hands to the floor to lift up shoulders away from ears.
🙏 As you hips begin to move back keep pushing you chest forward, remember chest forward !! To create hollowback
🙏Learn how to drop one leg first as you other leg keeping the balance, and its much easier if you bend your other leg.
🙏Once your leg already touch the mat, drop other leg and you can go into forearm wheel or you can kick back to pincha 😜
🙏 Do an upper back , hip flexors ,core warm up first. Make sure you do a warm up. .
I am not judging here or being cocky but i saw some of yogis drop their legs to rush or their hips first, it's ok ,but just becareful with your hips, and i have been there trust me, it was hurt 😜 .
Ok, enough bla bla bla i hope its helpful.
Remember to keep it safe
and it is a journey. So Enjoy yours.
Happy weekend guys 🙏❤ Slide 2 : without prop
slide 3 : Use a prop if you too scare to drop back. I used my lovely wheel😊
Ps : place your wheel or block near a wall first in case your props moving.
