This evening as I meal prepped I briefly mentioned it to you all.
This is my “go to” lunch meal prep:
Ground turkey patties
Cauliflower fried “rice”
& steamed veggies
The whole meal is under 300calories & over 30grams protein!

Just 5 months now until I take off to Cuba to for our 10th anniversary & our beachside vow renewals! Obviously I want to look amazing for such a big occasion...
But one month ago I decided I needed to change the way I have been doing this; I decided that I need to stop obsessing with the scale and measurements. I know exactly how to lose the extra weight, and I know that the numbers have continued to drop over the last 4 weeks- but I can’t tell you how much better this is without the actual numbers being a factor!
I already feel incredible! And confidence is the most sexy & beautiful thing you can wear!
Apple Cake: 🍏100 gr. de manteca
🍏200 gr. de azúcar
🍏 2 huevos
🍏200 gr. de harina
🍏1 cucharadita de polvo de de hornear
🍏100ml. de leche
🍏 1cucharadita de vainilla
🍏 Canela al gusto
🍏 4 manzanas troceadas
🍏 100gr. de manteca para el caramelo
🍏100gr. de azúcar para el caramelo
En un bowl batir la manteca con el azúcar hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea, añadir los huevos y seguir batiendo, unir la harina con el polvo de hornear y la canela e ir agregando a la mezcla inicial combinando con la leche, agregar la vainilla y terminar de batir.
En una olla chica agregar el azúcar y la manteca y colocar a fuego bajo hasta hacer un caramelo.
Para finalizar en un molde agregar primero el caramelo, luego colocar la manzana cortada y por último agregar la mezcla y hornear por 30' a 180°
Cuando esté lista sacar del horno e invertir al desmoldar. ❤️Una receta riquísima y súper liviana, es ideal para acompañar con una bocha de helado.

If you played soccer with me in middle school, you’ll remember my odd obsession with the word jambalaya. I have no clue where that stemmed from, since I’m pretty positive I hadn’t tried jambalaya then, but now I do love the dish. My jambalaya consists of a can of whole tomatoes, chicken broth, chicken, black pepper, vegetable oil, andouille sausage, yellow onion, green bell peppers, celery, garlic, tomato paste, Louisiana style hot sauce, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, shrimp, and brown rice. Overall, this meal is one of my favorite cajun dishes with the right amount of spiciness mixed with flavorful meats and veggies.
Yesterday I killed my legs. I’ve been in pureeeee pain from the moment I woke up so I dread to think what it’s going to be like tomorrow 😰
Anyway, today I took it a lil easier, did some shoulders n baby triceps and refuelled on thissss beaut 🤤
This is my plant-packed twist on a pesto sauce. If you want to try & eat more greenz without feeling like you’re eating them... TRY THIS. I served with edamame spaghetti which massively increased the fibre and protein content too 💪
