Double Chocolate Chewy Cookies. It took 8 experiments to get these cookies correct and I think I’ve gotten them to a point where I’m ready to share the recipe 😎 @themealprepmanual
It took me a while to get this one right. I tried a bunch of different things. Coconut flour. Rice flour. Baking flour. Butter. No butter. Egg white only. Whole egg. No cocoa powder. Yes cocoa powder. 8 minutes at 350F. 8 minutes at 375f. 12 minutes at 350F. The whole recipe is only like 650 calories 😎😎
150g white kidney beans
1 tsp vanilla
75g GF baking flour
10g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
28g Mini Chocolate Chips .
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Drain the beans and rinse. Dry as well as possible. Use a food processor or a tool to mash the beans into a paste.
3. In a large bowl, mix the beans, apple sauce, egg, stevia, vanilla, and egg.
4. In a different bowl mix the dry ingredients.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients and half the chocolate chips to the wet and mix to incorporate.
6. Spray a baking sheet with oil. Use a small cookie scoop to create little balls of dough. Press into shape and top with remaining chips.
7. Bake at 350F for 8-9 minutes. .
Questions you may have that some of you will still ask because you didn’t read the caption: .
❓Can i use a different flour? Probably regular flour. Don’t use coconut flour or almond flour. .
❓What can I substitute the applesauce for? Nothing. Leave it in. .
❓What can I use instead of beans, I don’t have any? Go to the store and buy some. That’s the main ingredient. .
❓Can I use regular sugar? Yes, obviously. Just add more. .
❓Vanilla extract or vanilla powder? Extract. .
❓can I use regular chocolate chips? This better not be a question.

So remember those left over re-fried beans i used in my breakfast sandwich yesterday, yeah this is what i actaully made them for and yes that is franks red hot on top cuz you can't eat a quesadilla without hot sauce 😁.
For the refried beans all you need is either to cook your own beans from scratch with a little mince garlic (like i did) or buy a can of beans (any you prefer) i used red beans. Then if your using canned rinse then and set aside. Cut up half a big onion any onion you like (i used a yelllow one cuz thats what i had), then mince 2-3 cloves of garlic and some cilantro (this is my preference you dont need to add if you dont want to) set all this aside. Heat up a big pan on the stove, add some olive oil or water if you are oil free. Add all the stuff you cut up, let it get fragrant and yummy smelling then add your beans and some taco seasoning (trust me a little goes a long way here), i usee old el paso taco seasoning cuz its vegan but you can pick whichever you like. Mix everthing up, add a little veggie stock, or the bean water ypu saved from cooking your own beans. Let it cook a little, then with the back of your wooden spoon or whatever you are using to mix this up start smashing the beans until it looks like refried beans. You're done! You could also use a blender but like mine a bit more chunky and i didnt want to have more stuff to wash. .

好多人都認為佢嘅薯仔身為配角 係比牛柳粒做得更出色 因為係好香口 而且有好強烈嘅黑椒牛肉味同埋蜜糖甜味😆不過我自己覺得牛柳粒都真係做得好出色下 味道好濃之餘 而且每粒肉質都係好軟稔 唔會un!配白飯簡直係一流啊🍚但係我覺得今次去就冇以往炒得咁有鑊氣 雖然都係好好食嘅😛配埋支大啤簡直係完美😇😇
