All their ingredients are seasonal and sustainably sourced - think buttery rainbow chard and endive on these dreary days and spring greens come March.
Their sausages, in their many guises - including vegetarian, come direct from @franconian_sausage
, a small conscious producer based in Kent, and their mash is gloriously infused with a blend of the finest cheeses including Mayfield Swiss, a British take on the delightful Emmental, supplied by cheese experts @paxtonscheese.
Basically a sausage and mash fit for a King and definitely one for the must eat list!
