Tahu bulat tp digorengnya gk dadakan ya. Hehehe bikinnya mudah kok, kuncinya cuma ada di tahunya. Jadi tahunya harus diperas unt buang airnya musti bener2 hilang semua y airnya biar dlmnya kopong.
- 2 papan tahu ukuran besar peras buang airnya.
- 2 butir bw putih halus
- gula, garam, merica, kaldu sesuai selera
- 1/2 sdt baking powder double acting / baking powder biasa jg gpp.
- 1 butir kuning telur
- minyak unt menggoreng.
Cara buat :
- masukkan semua bhn kdlm food prosessor atau bisa diaduk hingga bner2 rata n tercampur. - bulatkan sesuai selera lalu masukkan wadah n simpn di kulkas (bukan di freezer) kurleb 1-2 jam.
- keluarkan dari kulkas n biarkan kurleb 10 mnit agr suhunya normal lalu goreng dlm minyak panas hingga matang.

I could not decide between potatoes and sweet potatoes so I went with both ! Scalloped and first baked in coconut butter and herbs, then baked in an almond milk cream, finally topped with panko crumbs and set on a low broil. Ta-dah !

Resep Gulai Nangka Simple
500 gr nangka muda
2 lembar daun salam
4 lembar daun jeruk
Sejempol lengkuas digeprek
6 sdm minyak goreng
1500 ml santan
Garam, gula dan penyedap rasa sapi
Bumbu halus :
10 siung bawang merah
7 siung bawang putih
5 buah cabe merah keriting
3 butir kemiri
Secukupnya ketumbar, pala, jintan
Seruas jahe dan kunyit
Cara buat :
1. Potong2 nangka muda kemudian direbus sampai empuk angkat tiriskan
2. Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak goreng sampai wangi masukan lengkuas, daun jeruk dan daun salam tuang santan setelah santan mendidih masukan nangka muda

who’s able to withstand extreme temperatures and conditions like hiking up a snowy mountain in nothing but shorts or taking a 10 minute ice bath (when 3 minute would put most ppl in hypothermia) through controlling his brain. 🥶❄ It really made me think how our bodies are so much more capable and powerful than we think and there’s so much more we could do to unlock to our full potential...

I call this dish ‘tiny tiny fish curry.’ 😂These are called ‘kajoli mach’ in my native tongue. Google translated it as ‘ailia punctata.” They are the size of anchovies (you can definitely cook anchovies the same way). Super delicious fish. I got it from the freezer section of a Bangladeshi grocery store. My husband generally doesn’t like eating fish due to bones. But once he tried this dish, he loved it. So I continued the same recipe for years (I accidentally came up this recipe right after getting married.) Why change something when it’s sooooo good, right?! 😉

Lightly coat the fish with salt, turmeric and black pepper. Shallow fry it until brown on both sides. Put it aside in a plate. In the same fish frying pan, add oil, onion, garlic. Once onion and garlic softens and becomes brown, add turmeric, cayenne pepper, cumin, bay leaf, and fresh diced tomatoes. Put a lid on for a minute or two. Once tomato softens, add about 1 1/2 cup of water to the sauce. Once sauce bubbles up, add the fried fish. Simmer about 10 minutes. Garnish it with cilantro. Serve with rice. Enjoy!!!

Bitter melon stir fry aka korolla bhaji. This vegetable was grown in my dad’s home garden in the summer. Since I couldn’t eat it with the family during harvest, mom froze it for me. I’m truly blessed with an amazing mother, alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah).❤️ I remember eating korolla bhaji when I was very young especially when I was sick. I didn’t really like it since it has a bitter taste to it. However after growing up, this has become one of my most favorite vegetables in the world. To cut down the bitterness, I usually add some potatoes with it. To make it flavorful, I add shrimp. 🍤 I call bitter melon a superfood as it helps managing blood sugar, enhances body immunity. Other benefits include reducing cholesterol levels, promoting bone health and promoting weight loss and good digestion.

Sautée 1 medium diced onion in a pan until brown. Next add 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of cumin, 2-4 green chili 🌶 peppers, dash of black pepper, salt, and few diced shrimp 🍤. Stir about 1-2 minutes. Next add the thinly sliced (remove the seeds) bitter melon and potatoes (I cut it in the shape of French fries). Cook 15-20 minutes in medium flame. Enjoy! ❤️
