We are feeling a bit run down in the house and ear achey, sore throaty & generally post awesome moon shift🌙 shitty. So a green smoothie is needed & we had all the ingredients for this one. Chucked in a few pieces of courgette innards as well. Hope you are all feeling a bit more sparkly this morning!
Green Smoothie ✨
Tropical Green Smoothie 🌴
• 3 brazil nuts • coconut milk or a few tbsp of creamed coconut by @bionaorganic.
I feel like the creamed coconut goes so much further as it is really concentrated so a bit less waste ✨
• 1 kiwi ,peeled
• 1 lime, peeled • kale 2 large leaves & some spinach leaves • 1/2 avocado
• 2 tsp @totalsweetxylitol
if needed for sweetness
• sprinkle of kaffir lime powder from @spicemountainuk
Cheese cake or chocolate & semolina cake just to leave you spoilt for choice 👐🏻

Godmorning! Apple and cinnamon oatmeal is my new favorite breakfast. And never forget the morning coffee!
Tonight’s vibe- comfort food. But not all comfort food needs to be high sugar high fat! This was literally a quick 10 minute meal and left me feeling satisfied (not totally bloated like when I eat out sometimes!) Gluten Free spirals, white onion, garlic, chopped capsicum, leftover spinach that I had to desperately use, button mushrooms, truffle oil, hemp seeds and cherry tomatoes with an organic tomato sauce 🍅 Its all about balance and sometimes I’ll feel like this, sometimes I’ll feel like a salad and tofu, sometimes I’ll eat overnight oats for dinner!! You just go with your gut (pun intended) and see how you feel ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
The easiest veggie lasagna you will ever make in 30 minutes🤤❤️ lasagna is one of my favorite meals, but since it takes a lot of time to make it because of all the layering, I don’t make it that much. But this lasagna soup brought change into my lasagna game, so easy and tasteful!! You can vary with this recipe by using a lot of other vegies too🥗🌶so what do you need? ⬇️
Ingredients for 2 servings:
-2 tbsp oil -1 onions (diced)
-2 garlic gloves (minced)
-spice powders: black pepper, garlic, onion, oregano, tyme, paprika -1/2 tbsp tomato paste
-1 vegetable bouillon cubes
-100 gram (veggie) ground beef (I used veggie ground beef)
-150 gram diced mushrooms
-1 diced red bell pepper
-1 cans (400 gram diced tomatoes with juice) + 400 ml water (measure by using the tomato can)
-1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-4-5 whole grain lasagna sheets
-200 gram fresh spinach (you can use more if you like)
1️⃣heat oil in a big skillet, cook the onions and garlic until light brown, add spice powders2️⃣add tomatepaste, bouillon, veggie ground beef, mushrooms, red bell pepper and cook for another 5-8 min3️⃣add the can with diced tomatos, use the same can to add the water too, also add the vinegar and bring it to boil4️⃣break the lasagna sheets in the size you prefer and add it to the pot until lasagna sheets are cooked5️⃣turn of the heat, add the spinach and give it a stir6️⃣ENJOY🤤😍
Tips: - always add water to prevent burning in every step (also a way to prevent adding more oil)
-you can add as much spinach as you like, since it always shrinks when cooked. .

It may be the first day of spring today but my breakfast screams autumn 😂 I prefer autumn as a season anyhow, not only because of the seasonal food it brings along but because it just feels cosy somehow. It makes me feel closer to nature. Even if spring is more generally associated with nature.

🤗 Casual mornings start with a cozy bowl of warming cinnamon fruity oatmeal 🤤
I don’t quite 🙈 know what it is but I started liking combining warm ingredients with the cold ones. Kind trying to keep the balance, it works perfectly fine for me, but some of you might feel uncomfortable with this combo as a breakfast and it’s ok, I’ve been telling you this for quite a long time now : in order to find peace with your body you have first to find what works ☺️ best for it and you need to listen to the signs it sends you. (What do I mean by that? Well see how you feel after you ate a meal, if it makes you hungry after 2-3h or if it makes you feel gassy or uncomfortable in an way, try to notice these things).I promise you that this is a true change and once you do this, you’ll see things with different eyes 👀.
📝For this one morning bowl I’ve used:
-warm mixture (40g oats @sano_vita
, tons of cinnamon @niavis.ro
, 100g hot fresh strawberries jam , optional: 1 tsp honey 🍯 @apiland.ro
, 1 glass of hot water 💦).
-cold ingredients (150g cottage cheese light @lidlromania
, 1-2 tsp rum essence , 100g freshly chopped pineapple 🍍 chunks)
👩🏻🍳How did I do it? First I prepared the oatmeal layer(in a bowl add your oats, cinnamon, honey and water and cover it with a plate until the oats absorb all the water, after that add your honey and rum essence ) ; on top of the oatmeal layer add your cottage cheese layer with the pineapple chunks and strawberries jam. Add more cinnamon if you feel nasty 😎

🍳 This yummy recipe is SO SIMPLE - my bread was fresh from the new bakery on my street, toasted and rubbed with fresh garlic (really elevates any dish). Avo was simply chopped, drizzled with good quality olive oil, fresh lemon juice (to stop it oxidising and turning brown), and seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley and my good old egg was in fried coconut oil and topped with chilli flakes. There’s something so decadent about a breakfast like this. 🌶

😋 First pic is the infamous Snickers Tart - which is just the ultimate caramel pea-nutty deliciousness....... Second pic is the main. I went for the pheasant which I have never tried before but it was wonderful. Highly recommend a visit to this place!
