•Paprika Sautéed potato wedges•
I am here to change your lunch plans with this simple and quick potato wedges.
All you need is:
7 medium sized potatoes- peeled, sliced into wedges.
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of soy-sauce
Salt & black pepper
1 tablespoon of sweet sauce/ketchup (optional)
Boil the wedges in salted water for 5-8 minutes until they’re soft, do not overcook pls.
Add about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan, and add in the wedges.
Add the turmeric, paprika and throw in the full garlic cloves.
Keep tossing the pan after every 3 minutes to allow the wedges to cook evenly on all sides.
After about 10 minutes, add in the soy sauce and sweet sauce, toss until everything is well mixed. Finish off with some back pepper and serve.
What would you serve this with?

Mango smoothie vs Blueberry milkshake on this cold evening?
Do you fight cold with cold drinks? Well, I do.
These drinks by @bigsquareke
are extremely tasty. If I had to choose, I would have to go with the blueberry milkshake.
Had lunch with my dad today @ Big Square. He had rice and Beef Strips with a sauce on the side. @450
/= I had the same but with fries. It was really tasty but the beef was a bit too dry. Mine didn't come with the sauce though so I used ketchup. #bigsquare #adlifeplaza #food

People say I have an obsession with not just any ketchup but Heinz. My mum has even threatened to stop buying it because I am 'addicted'. I think I just like quality. Thats all. 😋
I put ketchup on all meals with rice.
What do you put ketchup on?
Shout out to Heinz for always coming through, and to all restaurants that give their customers Heinz.
These cupcakes are sold at the University Of Nairobi specifically Chiromo Campus (not not too sure about other campuses). The young man (scroll to see) walks around campus selling these tasty treats at 50/=. The cream is soft and nice like ice cream and the cake is not too sweet! Be sure to look out for this guy if your ever in Chiromo Campus.
Flavours often include vanilla, red velvet, chocolate, orange or a combination of flavours.
