Maybe *tmi* ⚠️ On the days I don’t have nausea/vomiting I have no problems drinking 2 litres+ of water a day but on the days I do, water is the first thing that will come back up so I need to eat my water in hope that it stays down a bit longer and gives my body some time to grab what it needs before rejecting the rest. Nutty quinoa banana bread 😋 protein and collagen included 🙌🏼 you cant go wrong with banana bread, but of course im all about changing things up (i cant just do plain banana bread 🙄) i ran into an Edeka (german store) near me and found some quinoa flour, i didnt know what i would use it for but got home to find some disgustingly brown bananas and boom baby! Also had some peaches about to go bad so i made some peach "jam" for the spread. And i wasn't sure how the nutty bread and peaches would work, but it was a perfect match. Topped with some peanut butter and toasted almonds on top of the jam and was super happy. Now disclaimer, the bread can be on the "drier" side because of flour and amount of nuts but slap some jam on it like me if you want something more creamy! And enjoy😎 🍋 - 2 bananas - 3 eggs -1 1/4 cup quinoa flour (play with the flour to get good consistency) -30g protein powder -4 tbs solid coconut oil -1/4tsp baking soda and powder (each) - 2 tbs collagen powder -2 heaping tbs coconut sugar -1 tbs cinnamon -3 tbs peanut butter -cut nuts of choice.

Závin ze 2 surovin.. Že to nejde? Ale jde 🙈🥧🍏🙏 Ingredience: 🍏200g zakysané snetany 🍏200g celozrnné pšeničné mouky Postup: Z těchto 2 základních surovin propracujeme těsto, které poté vyválíme. Dovnitř doprostřed dáme nastrouhaná jablka, posypeme skořicí a skořicovým cukrem. Pote zavineme a před pečením potřeme rozmíchaným vejcem. Pečeme při 200°C cca 20-25 minut. Но лучше самое «тяжелое» есть по утрам, чтоб за день сгорело😁 Поэтому рецептик в первой половине дня. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Готовится очень быстро. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ 🍫какао натуральное (не порошок, но, возможно и его положить (вкус будет иным) 50гр 🍫цельнозерновая мука (можно и другую) 350гр 💧вода около 200мл 🍫крахмал кукурузный (можно тапиоковый) 1ст.л. 🥥кокосовые сливки 2 упаковки (продается в ашане (см. карусель) 🥥кокосовое масло (2ст.л.) 🥥кокосовый сахар (7 ст.л.) ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Сначала приготовим крем, так как ему нужно будет подостыть. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ❗️сливки должны постоять в холодильнике хотя бы сутки, чтобы отстоялись, затем, из одной пачки я сливала жидкую часть, у второй оставила. В сотейник кладем кокосовый сахар (3 ст.л.), крахмал, какао и отстоявшиеся сливки (они будут густые, не пугайтесь). Затем доводим смесь до кипения, помешивая, ставим на медленный огонь и до загустения мешаем (заодно следим, чтобы какао растворилось). И всё🤷🏼‍♀️ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Для коржей: Смешиваем муку 300гр, воду, кокосовый сахар 4 ст.л. и кокосовое масло (жидкое, естественно (тает оно при комнатной темп.). Если тесто жидковато➡️добавляем еще муки. Вымешиваем как следует, оно не должно прилипать к рукам. Затем делим на 6-7 частей (кому какой диаметр больше нравится: побольше➡️6 частей, поменьше➡️7), раскатываем каждую часть тонко, но чтобы не рвалось тесто. Помним, что раскатываем, естественно, присыпав мукой стол и тесто. Разогреваем сковороду и выпекаем каждый корж с двух сторон. Сковорода должна быть сухая❕ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ну и собираем наш торт, промазывая между коржами крем. When I started my nutritarian lifestyle over 5 years ago the biggest mental block for me was learning to cook and eat without oil. We were supposed to eat 2 salads a day as our “main dish” followed by our cooked food, and I had absolutely no idea how to dress a salad without using an oil-based dressing! . At that time it was almost impossible to find oil-free pre-made salad dressings at the grocery store (and even today it’s definitely not easy). I suffered through horrible oil-free salad dressing experiences in the beginning before I learned how to create my own. . But the turning point for me came when I made @joelfuhrmanmd ’s Walnut Vinaigrette dressing from his book “The End of Dieting.” When I tentatively dipped my finger into my blender bowl and tried my very first taste of this dressing and it actually tasted good 🙀🙌✊️—that was a serious turning point for me on this journey!
