is so great! It really is so perfect for me. Not only for my health and what I’m required to do for my health but for my mind! That’s probably the biggest part. So glad i started following the structure of it and read the book. The science and research is what just put it all together for me. It’s like a normal healthy way of eating that everyone knows they should do. I’ve learned about and know in all my studies and in my journey and in certifying as a health coach, etc. But for some reason the layout is just the structure my brain needed. You can KNOW a lot of things. But, the DOING is the hard part. I know this way of eating should be a foundation for everyone. It is health. It is nutrients.
But i also know that everyone must find what works for them. I just hope whatever you do it includes a lot of nutrients and makes you truly happy. 😊 I also know that processed foods- flour and sugar control our brain especially for someone who is higher on the scale of addiction🙋🏻♀️ and make you think you are happy. That is the best part for me, that completely without them I’m in control now! So if that sounds like you then this could be your answer. 🙏 I’ve eaten pretty darn healthy for the last 5 years, but THIS is healthy. Finally I’m eating a TON of veggies every single day and it’s not a struggle. 👊🏻🙌🏻
