There’s nothing I love more than a wedding cake with a dramatic top tier filled with lots of sugar flowers! On the top tier of Charlotte and Kyle’s wedding cake I mixed sugar flowers with sugar berries, and rose gold sugar olive leaves. The color and texture of the sugar chocolate cosmos and blackberries add so much richness and a pop of color. The white anemones and rose gold olive leaves are sleek and sophisticated, and add a little sexiness to this cake. This is one of my all time favorite combination of sugar flowers, it doesn’t get much better than this!
