I finally took a second to fix my beloved yard ax today. Now the head isn't loose, which is great, because it means I can finally swing it low while I run at my foe in the moonlight like an anime.
Just like I've always dreamed.

Exercise because today is going to pass by anyway. It’s almost been 4 & 1/2 years since I walked into the gym with a purpose. Since walked in and told myself. I will workout for me. I will do this for ME. not anyone else. And it has been the best decision of my life. Not only for my gains but it has trickled down to everything. To realizing that my dreams at attainable. I never would have had this mindset if I didn’t do this for me. If I didn’t take the first painful step of telling myself, I am beautiful. I am strong. One day at a time. It doesn’t get easier.... but it gets better. So exercise, because you deserve a better you ❤️
P.s. SO I dieted for 2 days and I died. No gym. No carbs. No life at all in me. I quit LOL I’m going back to high carbs. And plus my booty SHRANK. Do what works for you. Don’t go extreme.
