Unless you are are super close to me, you probably don’t know that about a year ago, I started making changes toward a healthier lifestyle.
My motivation to start was to make sure that I rocked my wedding dress for the groom that would be waiting for me at the end of that aisle. But, I became hooked on the results that made me better, faster and stronger. So, even after the wedding was over, I KEPT GOING.
I don’t talk about it often. But, today, for the first time ever, I am taking it public on the blog!

1. Stir fry 1 cup of frozen cauliflower rice🍚, 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers🌶 and 1/4 cup of onions. Use olive oil cooking spray to minimize fat and season with goya’s adobo. •
2. Add in 4oz of cooked chicken breast (also seasoned with adobo lol)
3. Add canned & drained corn niblets into meal prep compartment #1
4. Add canned & drained refried beans to meal prep compartment #2
