Already feeling the glute and shoulder burn can't wait to see how they progress over the next 7weeks! Bad weigh in for the week but it's close to shark week and I had some Italian food and cake for dinner yesterday hope to see number progress next week though since I am in a deficit and just increased from what I was doing and added in cardio.

My throwback is to just last week...... The other half and myself went to Thorpe Park for the weekend. We had the most amazing time giggling and racing for the next crazy rollercoaster! 🎢🎢🎢 But then I think back to 7 years ago... Would I have been able to fit in the rides????? Would I have managed to walk around the park without struggling?

Did the basic leg stuff like leg press, leg extension, squats. Slowly easing into deadlifting with dumbbells cuz it’s much easier for me. But I’m Feeling great! 😝

Been out to eat the last 3 days and I know it is going to effect the scale. I feel like I have been half assing this thing and I really need to start whole assing this thing. Gonna kick things up a notch. Adding in dedicated cardio finally instead of here and there when i have a few minutes after a workout. And I am going to stop eating out from here till thanksgiving unless I get a healthy meal I can fit into my macros. 9weeks to go I think I can manage. Time to show myself what i got and get down to business because next year I will put on a bikini and grace the stage no matter what it takes I'm freaking ready...LETS DO THE DAMN THING!
I feel like sometimes I take this to literally. Been starting to work on my issues but the biggest issue i have is because of my #depression
i have been withdrawn for so long that i dont really know how to talk to people anymore and to be honest it's kinda ruined my life and job searching right now is terrible because I am so uncomfortable doing what comes naturally for most. How do you make friends when you have nothing to talk about because you literally do nothing all the time? I cant even really socialize on social media so yeah I would say I am currently failing at being a human since I dont know how to talk to people anymore without intense fear of judgement due to my own severe judgements on myself. . . I hope I can work on improving on my issues though because I know I deserve #happiness
it will just take time to pull myself out of this dark hole I have been living in the past 5years. Thank goodness I have had the love and support of my boyfriend to get me through the tough times and wipe away my tears when i need it most.
