The back pain has gone due to no more extra fat around the abdomen. Feel stronger didn’t know I could lift as much as I do. Sleep better after working out. Tend to eat better too when consistently training. Working with Mel the dietician was also supportive in the food department. She doesn’t just focus on what you eat but why you eat it. Works with you.

Today was just a fantastic gym day all around 😄 Hit a new gym, lifted some heavy weights and caught up with a bud I haven’t seen for a while. Sometimes we get so caught up in ourselves and our goals that we forget to slow down, have fun and enjoy the process.
