Когда-нибудь и у меня подрастет банка...но это уже совсем другая другая история…😢 ⠀ А вообще генетика интересная штука, и как ты не крути, если родился с маленькой банкой, то не жди, что она станет, как у Арнольда. Особенности своего тела можно только немного скорректировать, но изменить их не получится. Я не про процент жира, если что. Он то как раз легко изменяется. ⠀ Мне нравится один показательный пример. Существует заблуждение, что если заниматься плаванием, то рано или поздно вы вытянетесь и получите широкие плечи. Вроде все логично, посмотрите на участников более-менее серьезных соревнований по плаванию: все высокие, подтянутые, ни одного малыша-толстячка. Вот и бегут коренастые чуваки в бассейн, мечтая через пару лет хоть немного стать похожими на Майкла Фэлпса. ⠀ Но в реальности это не работает. В бассейне можно скинуть лишний жир и укрепить мышцы, но обрести фигуру плавца не получится. А спортсмены успешны в плавании именно благодаря своей генетике. Коренастые малыши отсеиваются еще на этапе детско-юношеских секций, а до более-менее серьезного уровня доходят только те, кому повезло от природы. Аналогичная ситуация и в других видах спорта. ⠀ Не всем дано родиться похожим на греческую статую, но это не должно вызывать комплексы или какое-то неприятие себя. Наверное, это и есть бодипозитив - низкие,высокие,широкие,узкие,любых форм и расцветок - все мы клевые! ⠀ p.s. Если что, жир это все еще не красиво. #wrightstepfitnessapp ----- Not much of February left to go! But February has been a great fitness month! ----- Today was a @wright_step_fitness session. A new PB on my pull ups! They're coming along slowly but nicely. We're only two months into 2019 and I'm progress slowly but surely towards my goal of one unassisted pull up by the 31st December 2019. ----- We then moved onto my over head press. This was 4,3,2 reps at my highest weight.. Which I believe is a PB? As I think 🤔 previously it was 4,2,2 at my highest weight. ----- Afterwards, we finished off with a short leg based torture session of bench split lunges and sumo squats.

Oggi ti giudicano per quale immagine dai, più ti mostri invincibile meglio arrivi, ma è quando piangi da solo che senti davvero quello che sei. Mi diranno che sono sbagliata, che non do spazio alle cose importanti, che sono egoista, egocentrica, ostinata, troppo convinta.. Nessuno pensa alle sensazioni che ti lascia dopo un’accusa, al momento in cui rimani sola a fare i conti con quello in cui credi e con quello di cui ti vogliono convincere, dove anche le persone più forti e determinate, cominciano a riempirsi di punti interrogativi.. punti interrogativi che vanno ad alimentare quelle debolezze su cui tu lavori tutti i giorni con costanza e tenacia. Passi indietro che ti fanno arrabbiare e sentire fragile.. . Ognuno ha il suo metodo di reazione, io ne ho uno mio che amo follemente, misuro tutto in battiti. Da qualche anno ho consapevolizzato che il mio metro di giudizio e di investimento, sono i battiti percepiti.. non solo mi hanno fatto guadagnare emozioni, ma mi hanno sempre delineato il percorso da scegliere. Quando il cuore batte forte, sono estremamente viva, felice, tanto da rendermi conto che quel preciso momento, mi mancherà. Sono giunta alla conclusione che una mancata comprensione di ciò che fa vivere bene e serena una persona, sia un comportamento da non assecondare rinunciando a quello in cui credi, allo stesso tempo troverei patetico e disonesto fare nostre passioni e interessi con non ci appartengono solo per adattarsi ad un’immagine voluta da altri, farebbe di noi persone vuote e prive di personalità! .
