I can’t even explain how strong I feel these days. My confidence towards my body (especially my stomach muscles) continues to get stronger every day 💪🏼
The one area I needed to get stronger was my core, which has been a chore since I have a condition in my lower abdomen that causes pain daily. That’s having four kids for ya!!
Regardless of any obstacles though I am loving the progress and strength I am gaining 💪🏼😊
