Quick 15 minute HIIT circuit including various footwork/agility movements all dependent on experience. Also, burpees, sprints, & push ups after each set.
As many sets as possible in 3 minute intervals 👻

Before and after my lifts I have been incorporating my body weight ab exercises in the sauna. It’s a great way to get rid of excess water on the stomach! 🙌🏼 -
1️⃣ Leg lifts 15-20 reps
2️⃣ Bicycles 30-50 reps
3️⃣ Side to side planks 20-30 reps -
Be careful when doing exercises in the sauna. Start off slow with a set or two, and then work up to more and more as the days go on. And of course, if you feel lightheaded or too hot then hop out! ❤️ Safety first!

Good morning babes, Had an amazing sleep last night, at this beautiful KOA which had a pool and EVERYTHING, make sure your subscribed so you can see what I’m talking about loves. But we had to leave and now we are finally on the road to Bristol Tennessee. First race tonight at 8:30pm which is the Trucks
So should be another Fun day and hopefully get actual food 🍇🍉 into my system. Going to drink my Greens on the way to Bristol already have them made and put in the Fridge to stay cold and also have my @vitalproteins
in it as well to get added protein in today. So I’m all set and prepared to have some good drinks and good food all in moderations
Just get your greens in 🥑🥝🥒🍉 and eat right and not over do it you will be fine and just enjoy the vacation and the time away from your jobs and normal life’s. Take chances and live to the fullest, promise you will love life better it’s all about balance loves.
The irony of running a health and wellness business is that sometimes your own health takes a toll. I try my best to live by example, but I’ll be honest with you, the past couple of months have been pretty rough.
We have some really exciting changes happing with Arena, and with them comes challenging new problems to solve. But even “good stress” can take its toll.
That’s why I’ve tried to get in a habit of spending the first 15 min or so of each day in prayer and meditation. For me, it’s a chance to take an “internal temperature” of what’s going on in my mind and body.
I ask myself: How do I feel today? Are my thoughts running at 100mph? Where am I holding tension in my body? And then I try my best to listen & make adjustments.
