I’m so pleased with @morey0609 who’s been a client for around 8 weeks. This is what she messaged me today 👇🏼👇🏼 After a change in hormones i battled with constant weight gain making me unhappy about myself and my looks. Even with some training i didnt seem to get results effecting me mentally. In october i got myself back to focus and started a new journey with a pt changing my food and training hard. 🚨IMPROVEMENT SEASON UPDATE🚨. 32 weeks of improving and as it comes to an end I would like to say that I am pretty pleased. Has it been easy? Hell no! Ive enjoyed the process and trusted @stephenjmass all the way. All the food has been a challenging. Eating 4000+ calories daily is no punk lol but we got it down!

Do your usual bench press set up: shoulders back, chest out, lats right and engaged, feet through the floor. 3. Before you lift, put a little pressure into the bar to engage the working muscles. 4. When you’re stuck in the office every day and all day your muscles will become tight, this maybe because something is getting weaker. - When you stretch a muscle you will need to also make a muscle stronger. - For example... when you sit for a long period of time your back will become more relaxed into a upper curve then this will make a tightness to the chest. GYM CONFIDENCE WORKSHOP This is going to be a FREE workshop for around 60-90 minutes. This workshop would be for you guys & girls that either; 1. Don’t even walk in a gym because you are anxious or don’t have a clue what to do. 2. Cant wait to build back up. Havent really worked out in 3 weeks and have lost about 8 lbs. After hysto. But i should be cleared to workout soon.. just in time to get ready for top surgery in march <3 My scars from hysto arent too bad!🙂🙂 I will say... this waiting and patience has taught me that it is ok to take a few days. Self love isn't always about working out hard every single day .. it's about allowing your body to recover and working on your soul, i won't lose all of my muscle by taking a day or two! Doing other things i enjoy doing.. drawing.. shark teeth hunting.. taking long drives by the ocean and enjoying music with the windows down <3, going to meditation. From Wednesday, a handful of raised #deadlifts at: - 60kg (x12 - not shown) - 140kg (x8) - 170kg (x2) - 190kg (x1) - 200kg (x1) Happy not to have lost too much power over the short period I was out.
