THE SCALES DO NOT TELL YOU THE WHOLE STORY
🔷 Picture right-I am 8 lbs HEAVIER
🔷Not all weight gain is fat, especially when weight training is the main focus of your training.
🔷For centuries women have been (and many still are )slaves to the scales, desperately hoping it will show a certain number. Thankfully times are changing and knowledge and Education are powerful.
🔷I would say I weigh more than the #average
47 year old female of my height, I am currently about 152lbs, and am 5ft 7 in bare feet however my clothes size are considered small.I wear a UK size 8-10 ( US 6-8).
🔷As I fast approach my 48th birthday, I focus even more now on how I feel and look, the scales don't tell me what I need to know.
🔷I don't just train women, I try to educate and motivate women. Our bodies are unique and very special and need to be treated that way
🔷The female body ( in particular) DOES NOT like you to diet, it will fight you every step of the way. It DOES NOT like you to starve it, it will hold onto every bit of fat if you do.
