Due to cool kicks and sexy heels our feet are totally out of whack.. toes become cramped, arches begin to sag and everything from our ankles to our neck have been affected.
Internally rotate your foot right now 👀 see what happens to your knee when you do that. It goes with the ankle!
Repeat that 10-20 thousand times a day and there’s going to be some repercussions..
One STEP in the right direction is to start seperate games the toes and getting them to work individually. Like our fingers, we should actually be able to move them all and use them for balance, picking up dirty socks and all forms of movement.
In comes the fancy toe separators you see here.. I wore these for about 3 months straight, 5-10mins a day.
That and wearing Birkenstock’s, I have really noticed the difference.

The moment you think you can't do something, you are right!! I've been having a hard time, struggling with alittle anxiety and dealing with some personal things and I've been doing the 24 day challenge with Advocare and let me tell you, it was the perfect timing. I needed pushed out of my comfortzone. If you've followed me, you know I lost 115lbs and then had a injury and I gained 10lbs and then lost it and gained muscle and and some and lost it again. I have been very transparent. But I have NEVER had this kind of ab definition. I am excited to continue in my journey. I am in a place in my life that I am taking alot of risk and chances to reach the next level. You can't grow in your comfortzone. You have to be challenged and pushed. Enjoy Your Food and Don’t Feel Bad
On the days you choose to indulge a bit on the wonderful treats of the season, ENJOY and don’t stress. Stressing and feeling bad about eating some unhealthy foods can make you miserable and the holidays are a time for joy. One of the keys to enjoying the times that you do splurge is to eat healthy the rest of the year. If your diet is healthy most days of the year, splurges here and there won’t hurt you. What will hurt you and expand your waistline is a consistently bad diet or constant splurges throughout the holidays. Don’t start splurging at Thanksgiving and keep it going through January 1. Pick your splurge days. Then relax and savor every single bite. 😊
