I said to him ‘I just want one thing in my life to be easy. I’m sick of having to fight for everything’ This photo comparison just gave me a huge slap back into reality. Back into the mind set I know when I’m strongest. Because good things take time. Nothing worth while will ever be easy. I couldn’t feel the level of appreciation for everything I currently have and everything I’ve worked for if I didn’t struggle for it. . To understand highs you need to experience true lows. 6 weeks of hard work and dedication. 🏋️‍♀️ My motivation had been through the roof since starting with @paulosullivan_bespokenutrition 🙌 My goal for the 6 weeks was to feel good in my own skin again. For once I wasn't focuses on getting below a certain number. Yes I don't want to be 13 stone but it's not all about the scales. I used to constantly stand in the mirror looking at lumps and bumps, thinking will this ever shift. Looking at the overall picture is the only way to do that. By having a coach you take nutrition in my case off the table for your worries. I know exactly what I have to keep every day. I know what I need to buy in the shop. My plan is not complicated. It's easy to follow. It's suited to me. It's tailored to me. I just had to focus on putting in 100% at training 🙌 Little changes along the way helped greatly. The hardest one was by far no coffee after 3 but now I don't miss it now. Alert Alert 🚨 After having my son I had a lot of hair loss and although this is very common nothing prepares you for the loss of your beautiful thick hair after pregnancy. 📊Flexible Dieting aka IIFYM 📊 . . A few bits for any newbies to flexible dieting 🙋🏻‍♀️ . . 1️⃣ Be flexible - that’s the whole point of Flexible dieting. change up your meals . I generally tend to change up my food every couple of days. . . 2️⃣ Include all macro nutrients in each meal (Carbs, Fats, Protein) By having a balance of macros in each meal throughout the day ensures you’re not stuck at end of the day with a flexible dieters worst nightmare - protein only left 😱 . . 3️⃣ Plan your food the night before so again you’re not left with one macronutrient to fill at the end of a day . . 4️⃣ Hit your protein target first - carbs and fats are easier to fill so get that protein in first to your tracker . . 5️⃣ Include micro nutrients (veg) with each main meal . We need vegetables in our diet for the vitamins and minerals they are rich in and for the dietary fibre they provide us with. Side note I do not track my veg but YES fruit should 💯 be tracked and accounted for. . . 6️⃣ IIFYM is flexible but don’t pull the piss and eat cookies and cakes all day. Yes you could hit your macros with protein bars and cakes but you will not be doing your body any favors nor will you be helping your body composition . . 7️⃣ Follow the 80/20 rule. 80% nutrient dense food and 20% fun food (deffo not so nutrient dense!) . . 8️⃣ Calories are king 👑 at the end of the day if weight loss is your goal so focus mainly on hitting your calorie target but if body composition (fat loss) is your goal then hitting your macros is very important and having the correct balance of macros to suit your body and goals is key 🔑 . . 9️⃣When eating out - try to guesstimate as much as possible. You will never be bang on when eating out so over estimate by approx 10% on fats and carbs . . . 🔟 Track alcohol 🍺. Yes it is a macro nutrient and has 7 kcals per gram And I’m out of fancy numbers to use 😂 so that’s it for today #flexibledieting . Hope the above helps somebody 🙌🏼 . . Heute mal eine etwas andere #transformation 😊 Links war vor ca. 2 Jahren mit ungefähr 48 Kilo - Rechts heute mit 53 Kilo❗️Links war ich so unglücklich 😰 ich machte zwei mal täglich Sport, ich ass praktisch keine Kolenhydrahte und gönnte mir nie etwas... Ich hatte solche Angst vorm Zunehmen und habe mich selbst total verloren 😰❗️Heute esse ich gesund, aber gönne mir auch sehr viel 😄🤷🏼‍♀️ Aber der wesentliche Unterschied: Mit meinen 53 Kilo fühle ich mich tausend mal glücklicher und wohler in meinem Körper als mit meinen 48 Kilo.. #selflove ❗️Mein Ziel links war völlig schlank zu sein, aber ehrlich gesagt finde ich das heute gar nicht mehr toll 🤷🏼‍♀️ Einen definierten, trainierten Frauenkörper finde ich viel attraktiver 😊 #strongissexy #strongisthenewskinny ❗️ Ich bin glücklich, habe ich mich nun endlich wieder selbst gefunden! 💕 #vorhernachher #vorhernachertransformation #picoftheday
