Ooops! Weighin was not very succesful. 3cm off my thighs was awesome! 1cm off my bust - not so much. 2cm gain to my hips and waist enough to drive me to drink.
Increase in weight, body fat and metabollic age make me think someone is lying to me!!!. I fast 18 hours a day. I mostly eat salad for lunch sometimes with egg or beans and veg and 150 to 210 grms of meat fish or chicken for supper. 1 eat meat free 2 to 3 days a week. I eat rice and pasta maybe twice a week. I drink at least a liter and a half of water and i exercise 6 days a week for 60 to 90 min. I drink about a litre and a half of wine a week. (OKAY i did eat more and drink more over the holidays which is why i delayed Jan weighin till now) Wonder what Feb will bring?
