Levantar objetos pesados hará la diferencia a la hora de tener un gran botín. La mayoría de los Concejos es que debes golpear el cardio duro para poder perder grasa y los Levantamientos para cuando? Bueno eso me va a poner como culturista y en realidad no quiero eso😱😱, solo quiero hacer cardio para perder peso😏. La realidad es que eso ya cambio. La mayoría se ha dado cuenta que el levantamiento de pesas es mucho más efectivo para adelgazar porque el musculo quema más calorías que la grasa, e incluso cuando estas descansando. Las Mujeres en particular no se ponen gruesa como si se pueden poner algunos hombres, ya que el factor testosterona hace la diferencia, las mujeres tienen muchísimo menos que los hombres. Si no más bien, crean cuerpos esculpido, con curvas en los lugares correctos. 💪💪🍑🍑

Happy birthday to me. I turned 24 today so I decided to do 24 reps with 225 pounds on deadlifts. I lost count towards the end so I ended up with 25 reps but oh well. Had to change my grip mid set because my grip strength started giving out. • Strangely enough, my glutes were on fire towards the end. If you haven't done deadlifts for over 20 reps, you have no idea what exactly what muscles are even working. I was toast after one set. • Cake? Hm... THIS IS WHY DIETS FAIL by @muneeb.fatlossforbeginners • You diet is over but you're not done yet. People don't realize this and say "the diet is over, i'm done. Let's go out and eat." Don't do that. That is the fastest way to regain all the weight you lost, and even gain more weight that what you started with. To maintain your weight loss, here is what you do. • Keep the training intensity up. Don't take a week off even when you're tired because you need to start introducing calories which will help your training intensity and that will help you recover your metabolism since it is very slow at the end of a diet. • Speak of, add calories from carbs instead of fat. This is because your body's ability to use fat for fuel is extremely low. So it might get stored instead of used. Start adding fats after your metabolism has recovered a little bit. Remember, the progression factor should never go away! • Have a plan after your diet. Don't binge eat. If you know you will go out to eat, then space out your calories that day and keep them low if you know your outing with friends will involve macro-heavy foods. • You should reverse diet. HOW TO REVERSE DIET by @muneeb.fatlossforbeginners • So you've hit your goal weight... now what? You can't really keep that calorically restricted phase that you are in currently. So now it's time to reverse diet. • That being said, you need to gradually and progressively increase calories. Your set point is the number you are currently sitting at, at the end of your previous fat loss plan. You will increase your calories at the same rate you dropped calories when you were on following your fat loss strategy. • Since you are eating more calories now, you should also gradually increase the training volume. This can be done by either doing more sets, reps, of weight. To start, it's good to use combination of sets and reps. So if you were doing 3 sets of 10 reps, start by doing 4 sets of 12 reps. In the later weeks you can increase the load. You can play around the with the numbers yourself too, but make sure it's more than what you did before. • Increase your protein intake as well, not just calories. What most people do is that they go "I can start eating again, bring on the pizzas and the pancakes!" No. Stop that. That will cause even more fat gain that what you lost. Cravings will be high during your post-diet phase. So the best way to kill them is... you guessed it - more protein! Protein kills cravings, fellas!
