If you want to make progress you have got to track what you are doing.
How many reps?
How much weight did you use?
Did you do any modifications/intensifications?
Each week try to challenge yourself to either increase weights or reps, even if only by 1 lb. or 1 rep (if you get to 15 reps with ease, do the weight increase so you aren’t doing reps for days). If you hit a wall with that move and max out... try a new move. The body is wonderful at adapting, so if you want to continue to challenge yourself, you gotta track and progress things. .

2018 has been such a wild and amazing year for me, full of changes and growth, and taking the leap (pun intended) into exploring the aerial arts has been one of the most fulfilling parts of it for me! I'm just a newbie figuring out what techniques and equipment call the most to me, but the feeling I get when I'm in the air--whether it's spinning around a pole or doing the splits in silks--is like nothing else. Aerials make me feel graceful, free, beautiful, and strong 💕💪 I can't wait to keep growing and see where this journey takes me!

I've always wanted to do a "fun" run but the running part scared the crap out of me then led me to all of the old self conscious negative thoughts...I've been thinking about this run since I saw it months ago...I finally just signed up! Now, to keep those positive vibes through the finish line!💪🏻
Nope! I was not at the gym for hours. Yes, you can work out at home and get results! No, you don’t have to starve yourself, take a magic pill or do anything drastic. It just takes work. You don’t have to be good at it, just keep moving.
I was part of a test group for a new program, and it is pretty freakin’ awesome! I have leaned out a bit in my core, I am continuing to develop my shoulders, and was able to do this in 4 Days a Week for only 8 weeks! 30-40 min a day... that’s it! Oh, plus I was able to indulge a little, guilt free one day a week! I’m going to be doing another round of this program when it launches officially on October 1st!
Who wants to join me?? It is never too soon or too late to start focusing on your health. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll feel better and be stronger!!

I think my all around favorite is probably blueberries, because they are more diverse in use for me... but I love just eating raspberries raw, not mixed with anything else. I find their flavor too intense to pair, but I do love them from time to time as a treat ❤️
