Take a moderate-dose multivitamin AND mineral that contains at least 400mcg of folic acid to cover your bases on the days when you don’t eat perfectly. . . . Поэтому запасаемся платками, чтобы вытирать слезы от смеха😂, читаем казусную историю этого фото. Вообщем, нарядили мы меня, сделали кадры около красивых поленец, но жара стояла жуткая и мы решили спуститься к реке. Горный Инн, Альпы кругом и я такая почти порхающая на этом фоне. @lina_tirol уже бывала в этой зоне Х возле реки, говорила, что нудисты там жарят свои «хозяйства» на солнышке, но их территория подальше. Спускаемся мы к воде, встретили двух китайцев, уже уходящих, но что-то очень эмоционально рассказывающих кому-то по телефону. Нас это не смутило. До реки остановились, сделали пару кадров у деревьев, мимо нас прошли пару путников с рюкзаками. «Идут насладиться видом у реки, погреться на камнях» - подумала я. И тут мы добрались до воды и началась «вечеринка без границ». Все путники, мимо проходящие, уже развалились без трусичков в метрах 50 от нас. Один холёный даже показ мод устроил спешал фо ас. Там бабуля справа книженьку читает, скинув в себя все одеяния, слева парниша молодой, тоже проветривается. Вообщем, то ли ржать, то ли убегать, то быть невозмутимыми. Мы перепробовали все варианты. С трудом, из-за распирающих эмоций сделав фото у воды, мы пошли к камням и месту, что на фото. Yesterday’s run was so beautiful! 6,2 miles/ 10 km and I was around the beach, the forest and the harbor 🍂🍃 ———————————————————————— 10 km løb i Nykøbing igår. Det er en fantastisk by at løbe i -eller gå tur for den sags skyld! På mine 10 km løb jeg på stranden langs vandet, igennem skoven og ned på havnen. 🏋️‍♀️There are many elements of your environment that affect your performance, but there is no more powerful variable than your diet when you’re trying to control your body to get the outcome you desire. Even exercise pales in comparison. This may seem like hyperbole, but your diet is the foundation behind not only your weight, but also your IQ, stress levels, risk of disease, physical performance, aging, and even willpower. 🥥To start the metabolism early in the morning and to make sure my body is using fat to provide energy, I drink coffee with MCT oil. Although, how well the body will be using fat to generate energy depends on the deficiency of glucose and physical activity. So I’m trying to stick to LCHF diet (low-carb high-fat diet) and I workout everyday. 🥥The MCT oil does not cause insulin to be released into the blood, so theoretically it can be considered that the fasting was not interrupted. Although, if your main goal in interval fasting is to lose weight, then water only fasting would give you the best results. 🥥Lauric and myristic acids contained in the MCT oil are fatty acids that help losing weight.
