You can join all the programs, challenges, go to all the motivational conferences, listen to all the podcasts, hire a nutrition coach, a life coach, yada yada...It doesn’t matter because at the end of the day, it’s up to YOU to make your goals happen, whatever they are. When you go home to your kids at the end of the day and you’re TIRED, when you’re so stressed because of work, when everyone in your house keeps getting sick, when you get in a fight with your spouse, YOU are the one that has to hold yourself together. YOU are the one to blame when your goals are not met. Not your kids, not your job, not your spouse, not your circumstances. If you’re serious about sticking to your macros, about not eating refined sugar, about meeting a deadline, whatever...YOU have to find the willpower within yourself, when no one is around to cheer you on, to accomplish that goal.
