Slowly getting back into a routine. It can be so hard to just jump right back in after taking a week off to recover, so I chose a power flow for this morning to get my body loosened up a bit. •••
I have another blood draw this morning, to make sure that my beta has gone back down to a pre-pregnancy level, and the thought of more blood work for a pregnancy that no longer exists has me a little sad. •••
I made sure to fall asleep with a peaceful tranquility meditation, and woke with good intentions for the day. I'm hoping and praying this gets easier as the days go by, and that we can get some answers as to why these babies aren't "sticking".
I'm using every tool I have in order to be present for my team, and my clients, but as I was reminded by a good friend yesterday, I need to make sure I process this whole situation before I can be prepared to pour into others again.

Passeremo dal bikini alla tuta da sci visto che andremo anche in montagna a trovare gli zii❤️❤️...in poche parole faremo una vacanza nella vacanza (non so nemmeno se sia legale come cosa😂🙌🤪)

🍗From the turkey to multiple rich dishes made with heavy cream to a dessert table. And even though we love to go all out on Christmas and it’s surely NO time to COUNT CALORIES🙌🏼 you may want a lighter refreshing alternative to break up all the decadence. And Because you have a lot to prepare your side salad recipes shouldn’t be difficult.
💁🏻♀️So in the next couple of days I’ll be sharing some easy and refreshing salads gathered from around the gram.
🍊Let’s start with this Winter Salad.
There is all the goodness of winter fruit in this one, crunchy, soft, juicy, dry, hard, sweet, salty.....a total flavor explosion 💥 in every bite!!
Ingredients: serves 4
•3 large hands full of baby spinach
•3 medium oranges
•2-3 small pomegranates
•1 hand full pecans or any nuts u like
•100-150g blue cheese
•1 Tbsp dijon mustard
•1 Tbsp honey
•1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
•4 Tbsp olive oil
•3 large sage leaves (عشبة المريمية)
1. Wash, dry and put the baby spinach in a salad bowl.
2. Cut off the peel of the oranges and cut into wheels and Add.
3. Take out pomegranate seeds.
4. Heat a dry pan over medium heat.
5. Chop pecans and toast in pan by moving around every once in a while to avoid burning. Add to salad bowl.
6. Break blue cheese into crumbs and add to salad bowl.
7. In a mason jar or any other sealable container add mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and super finely chopped sage leaves, seal and shake until very well combined.
8. Add vinaigrette to salad just before serving and mix well. Enjoy🥗
