Oh, well! At least I did my workout for today and the boys had fun in the rain.
Today's agenda... 🥗 Meal prep for next week... because cooking in my kitchen helps me relax...there is something so comforting about a big pot of stew with all the veggies simmering on the back of the stove.
💅 My nails are in serious need of some loving care... so home manicure for me and my boo.
🛀 A nice soak in an epson salt bath, to wash away all the stresses of the week.
👩🏫 A whole lot of reading to set myself up for a successful week next week.

I manage to wake up early even after only 4 hours of sleep (on most days) to get my workout in...why? Because I know my mindset. If I put it off till late afternoon or night. I WONT DO IT!!!
I manage to workout with 27 extra pounds weighing me down and sometimes my daughter crawling around at my feet...why? Because I know I’m a better person, mom, have more energy on a daily basis when I stay active. .
I manage to workout at 32 weeks 5 days...why? Because I’m focusing on a super healthy pregnancy, safe delivery, and easier recovery.
I manage to eat healthy 80 percent of the time...why? Cause I know what unhealthy feels like and I’m not a huge fan.
I manage to cut 98 percent of the excuses of why I CANT out of my life...why? Cause at one point in my life I got sick and tired of being sick and tired of feeling like ish all the days of my life. .
Stop making excuses, stop saying it’s not affordable, stop saying tomorrow or Monday...Start saying YES!
Do me a favor and jot down all your excuses today, then jot down all the reasons your life would be better if 1. You felt better about yourself 2. If you lived a healthy balanced life 3. If you were more active
