Posing class was so much fun today! Thankful for all the beautiful and supportive ladies I got to meet! (Don’t laugh at my 🧦🙈 they help break in the heels and my feet don’t hurt from an hour of posing 😊)
Lifting weights more often now. I use to work out only 2 times a week right after my surgery but I’m going about 4 now. I run a mile on leg days (which right now is 2-3 times a week) and do one arm/chest/shoulder day and one core day. Finding a solid work out for arms rly helped :)

Mixing brandssss .
Been sort of a weird week, been a little inconsistent with the gym. Had Friday off because my school got a new president so we had the inauguration. So I treated Thursday like a Friday and did no work and Friday like a Sunday and did a lot of work. But because of the weirdness I skipped the gym. But sometimes our body needs to recover but mentally and physically. Will try and get back on track this week though!

Before (left) and after (right)! After 4 days of eating :Burgers, pizza, countless brownies and chocolates and far too many drinks 🍸🍻🥂🍾🍷 this is the result of my body. Can’t say it’s changes much at all. I feel a little sluggish as I’ve been missing my regular veggie intake and my sleep has been a little whacky but weight wise nothing changed. It’s okay to have fun once and a while just make sure when Monday comes you’re back on that wagon!
📍Cappadocia: That time we decided to sit in a hot air balloon. Fly up thousands of feet above ground to watch the sunrise in Turkey, and then continue to watch the rest of the balloons fly from the roof of our cave suite ❤️
