Want to know how to reach your fitness goals faster?
1. Track your progress - jotting down everything you accomplish each week will keep you motivated to stick to your plans
2. Make sure you put your workout in your calendar and stick to it just like it were a doctors appointment or your job!
3. Journal your food - this is where meal planning and prep are so important! Making sure you eat the proper macronutrients for your goals is so important.
4. Have an accountability partner and a support group! This journey is hard so it makes it easier when you have friends to do it with!
5. Mix it up! Changing things up combats boredom and allows your muscles to work in multiple ways!
6. Reward yourself for hitting your goals... NOT WITH FOOD! Get your hair done, mani/pedi, massage, facial, new shoes,purse, clothes, etc.
7. Make sure you rest!! Your body rebuilds while sleeping. Sleep deprivation can lead you to make bad food choices, low energy, and high stress/cortisol levels that slows your metabolism and essentially turn into more belly fat. Always try to get a minimum of 7 hrs sleep.
I have solutions that will help you reach your goals. And they work!! It will work for you too but YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK!! Like the old proverb says.... You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink!
I can give you the tools, I can support you and be your biggest fan but if you choose not to invest in yourself and do the work, you will not see results or reach your goals!

Assisted pull ups 3 sets to failure
Push ups 3 rounds to failure (minimum 20 pushups)

So...after tonight’s classes I stood & chatted for probably far too long & it’s had me thinking. Not everyone goes to the gym for aesthetic reasons...I mean let’s face it, I’ve been going for 6 years & apart from losing a couple of stone I don’t really look much different, yet I still go, but why? Unless I change my diet and at this point in my life I’m not willing to make myself miserable just to become what’s deemed ‘acceptable’ to others, then how I look isn’t going to change. I always give things my all & for me it’s not just fitness, or strength it’s the Social too-the way others make me feel, the banter, the friendships. So while I may not be the ‘image’ of fitness society thinks I should be, it makes me happy & actually, I am pretty happy and that’s ok. I may not be 100% pleased with what I see in the mirror but I’m certainly not as wobbly or miserable as I was 🙊

My flexitarian meal: spaghetti with chilli and prawns! I didn’t have any sea food for so long. I am almost vegan now, but last night I really couldn’t resist 🙈. Recipe:
Put oil to the pan, add crushed garlic, onions and lemon zest, stir well. Add a small cup of red wine and prawns, wait 5 min and it’s ready. So add spaghetti, chilli and enjoy 😊

🔹 This one is a bodyweight favoring session and the 2nd pic/session is the 1st day!.. Probably a bit to eager as I've not long started the split sessions but at least the plan is there and ready!.

I've been very open and honest about my recent weight gain (this is what I look like now). I've gained body fat during recent months and i've not been gyming as much and eating as healthy as usual (until last week, because I'M BACK). Sometimes I get so wrapped up in helping others that I totally forget to look after myself.....I stopped posting before and after pictures like this a while ago - but I started my Instagram account to keep MYSELF motivated.
