1. Peel sweet potato 🥔
2. Shred potato using a cheese grater or food processor
3. Mix shredded potato with 1 tbsp. arrowroot powder, black pepper, salt, 1 beaten egg
4. Form flattened circles and sauté in oil on medium to high heat
