Next time you do an 'Arm Workout' try this single arm tricep variation to completely finish off your triceps, fill them up with blood and get a SKIN-SPLITTING PUMP! 💪🏽
For your last tricep exercise, use the cables and perform a single arm tricep extension, slightly turning your hand and squeezing at the top of the rep (see video) to work the 'Long head' of the Tricep. Do as many reps as you can. Then switch your grip to perform a single arm tricep pushdown.. slightly pushing the cable away from your body (see video) to work the 'Lateral head' of the Tricep.
Do 3 to 4 sets of as many reps as you can on each arm. Remembering perfect technique is key in this exercise, so you DO NOT have to go heavy.. just enough weight to create tension and activate the muscle... LETS GET IT! 👊🏽
