You guys. I discovered the magic of air fryers! I made my regular chicken nuggets recipe and was so happy with the result. I only occasionally make nuggets the in the fry daddy because they’re greasy and make the whole house smell funky. (And they attract all the flies in the neighborhood to the window screens. So nasty.) I found my air fryer at Costco for $50. It works great, and I’m excited to experiment more! Has anyone made donuts in these?
Here’s the recipe. Cube 1-2 chicken breasts into desired size chunks. Prepare 3 bowls for dipping the chunks. Dip in the following order ->>>
>>Bowl 1: ~1 cup flour, ~1/2 tsp seasoning salt, some pepper. .
>>Bowl 2: 1 egg and ~2/3 cup milk .
>>Bowl 3: 1-2 cups panko bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder, seasoning salt, paprika .
10 minutes in the air fryer at 400 degrees (if you use big ol’ chunks like me, less time if smaller chunks). And yes, use flour first. It helps keep everything all pulled together. For the sauce, I threw together some pickle juice, ketchup, bbq sauce, and mayo and the crowd went wild. Sometimes it’s a good day simply because your peeps will eat the food you make.

-Do have my beach bars YASSSS... And realized yesterday that TODAY is the day of my 2B certification.
So, I am getting ready to have a zoom call with the creator Ilana and all the others in the class...in the wreck of my living room. Ha!
I am excited to tell her that through this very stressful and emotional month of moving that 2B has been a saving grace for me.
i cant even imagine what "old Tina" would have been like through the process...glad i will never know 😍

You CAN look better at a heavier “weight”. You DON’T have to starve yourself in order to lose weight. And NO, lifting weights will not make you bulky!
In fact, the more muscle you can build the more efficient your body will run and the leaner you will become! Stop the “old school” thinking that dieting needs to equate to being hungry all the time. I promise you it doesn’t have to be! ✅Want to lose weight? Find your deficit. ✅Want to gain muscle? Pick up the weights and get on a progressional weight lifting program. NO cleanses, NO detoxes, NO magic. ✅Consistency ✅ Dedication ✅ Working towards your goals is what will produce results! #pancakesandpushups
ALWAYS wake up those sleepy glutes before your leg day!!! Most of us who work a desk job - sitting 8 hours a day - have sleepy butt syndrome!! Get them to fire before your workout and you’ll feel a huge difference!! Make sure you don’t burn out your butt with a bunch of band work...you don’t want to “feel the burn” at this point...save the “burn” for your kick ass workout!

Today I “werk” my booty😉. Do you workout everyday? How do you train your body? Are you only interested in going to a gym? What do you look for when you are looking to loose weight, or tone up?? Well..I was looking for something that incorporated weights, cardio, and easy meal plans that I could follow. Let me tell you, I never thought I would ever be working out in my home🤨. But... why not🤷🏻♀️. Why did it take me so long to find this. To realize that everything I was doing in the gym I could do in my home, on my time⏱. Let’s face it...we are all busy, and taking care of ourselves is usually the last on the list🤦🏻♀️. But our health, and sanity should be a priority👊🏻 so we can be our best for our families, and our busy schedules.
Having this in my life, the support, and friendships I’ve made has made working out FUN. No longer stressing about when am I going to be able to get to the gym, or get out for a run. I know when it’s going to happen, I made a comment, and now it’s part of my routine. I’m happier, more productive, and I’m improving my health and body from the inside out everyday❤️
I am always looking for new friendships, and new lives to change❤️

One of the easiest things you can do to transform your energy is to mix things up and change your environment! Get out of your usual routine, see new things and try something different.
Stretching the hip muscles will cause emotional release and allow all the feels escape. I choose the hip and heart opener- which may be challenging to start, but stick with it and it transforms into a very calming posture as you let go of stored stress.
Change your mindset by getting out there and learn something new.
Learning a new way to look at any feeling or situation will immediately transform the energy that surrounds it, and your life.

I went against my own rules, and boy did I pay the price today...I took 3 days off from exercise, and I missed a Monday! I have no excuse...other than I was tired and sore from my self defense class...I didn’t even do much, but OT! 😬
Boy did I feel it today! 27 minutes of sweat, and my balance was way off! It was not my best workout at all, but it was a workout,I pushed play and I got myself going! It’s going to be a great day! 💪💕👊 I missed my therapy...it’s so needed in my life...that little bit of time each day does wonders for my mind, body and spirit! I NEED this! 😊
What will you do today for YOU?! Will it be a workout? Perhaps some personal development? A book club? Time with friends?! It’s so important to fill your own cup so you are available to fill other’s cup too! 😊

While we were waiting for the arrival of Flo, I finally got around to checking out Peachtree Rock. It was a gorgeous day, I had abundant energy, and the girls were thankful for the creek to cool off in.
Working out truly is more than just trying to build a better body. It takes care of the whole person .. body .. mind ... spirit. You feel better when the endorphins kick in , the weight comes off, that last rep you could never do becomes easy, your body and confidence changes for the better and you feel strong , not just in your body but your mind too. Happier and healthier. You build relationships through workout groups. Your social life improves. You’ll never regret taking that step into improving your life with working out . You get one body and one chance to take care of it . Take care of it and it’ll take care of you
So my kids decided that they wanted to start our morning workouts with a bible verse and family prayer. .
