Just having a little look at comparisons between the start of my bulk and now, left was 24 Oct and right is 12 dec so 7 weeks difference, so I haven’t really gained much in that time despite eating quite a lot more than I was on my diet 😂 I can see maybes a bit more size around my delts, chest, back, and RIP my abs 🙏🏻 think I will stop my bulk at the end of January, that’s about another 7 weeks. I vowed to keep these up so here goes. . In all honesty I've really lacked direction the past few weeks, I still eat my meals but I have been awful for picking at the Christmas chocolate and cheese. Stress levels (and nights out on the 🍷) have affected sleep and recovery. Which means that training has been less than 100% too. . Il Single-leg Romanian Deadlift, più conosciuto come “stacco ad una gamba” è un esercizio che riprende un gesto molto comune della vita di tutti i giorni che è quello di “raccolta veloce” dal pavimento. Certo non si solleva una cassa d’acqua o una valigia pesante in questo modo ma spesso capita di usare tale gesto per oggetti leggeri quali calzini, penne, mazzi di chiavi, ecc. In questo movimento si mettono alla prova diverse capacità di stabilizzazione dell’arto portante a partire dai muscoli plantari (piede), posteriori della coscia (hamstrings) glutei, nonché i muscoli stabilizzatori della colonna vertebrale in modo asimmetrico e crociato. In particolar modo le catene crociate del tronco intervengono per il controllo della rotazione. Infatti togliendo un piede d’appoggio il tronco tende a ruotare e inclinarsi. La sfida è proprio nell’impedire questa rotazione. Visto che è un movimento molto versatile è utile imparare ad eseguirlo bene. Dal recupero funzionale post infortunio della colonna vertebrale o degli arti inferiori fino alla prestazione sportiva e nel fitness. Molto utile nel recupero della stabilità del ginocchio nonché per la mobilità attiva dell’anca. Una sorta di “stretching attivo” controllato. Dalla posizione di partenza, in piedi, si esige l’allineamento ideale del soggetto nel rispetto delle curve della colonna vertebrale. Il movimento deve avvenire a livello dell’anca e non della zona lombare. Si arriva dove si avverte la messa in tensione dei “femorali” sempre con la curva lombare fisiologica.
