Ya’ll, I LOVE ALL THINGS Mexican! Food, drinks, Wes! Lol! I REFUSE to “diet” and take chips/queso, margs, and tacos out of my life! Thank God I have a fitness/nutrition plan that focuses on moderation, not deprivation...and doing MY best everyday!
You wanna know why we fail at “diets?” It’s because we tell ourselves we can’t have certain foods....which typically leads to us craving THAT food...we give in and eat THAT food, then we feel guilty about eating THAT food and decide to give up completely!
You know what helps me?! I have a simple to follow nutrition plan that focuses on eating Whole Foods at times intervals throughout the day in order to fuel my body and my workouts. BUT the mindset of I have a lifetime to workout and eat well, one meal (marg) here and there is not going to derail me from my goals and my progress. I could stick to each fitness/nutrition plan 100%, miss out on deliciousness, and have incredible results OR I could follow my fitness/nutrition plan almost to a T and have consistent results that last a lifetime....I choose the latter!
