Breakfast/Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of uncured turkey bacon, and 3 slices of sweet mangoes. I was able to eat it all by popping out half the yoke of the egg.

Not gonna lie, I don’t love cardio...at all. But it’s required if you want to be fit and making it functional to improve coordination, speed and balance help prevent boredom.

4 mini sprints (acceleration)
2 length ball dribbles (legs heavy - motor skill)
X10 sets of 23-25 sec efforts followed by 60-75 second rests.
