I went on a 9 day vacation recently. I had a lot of anxiety about it knowing that I wouldn’t be continuing with my routine. I never went to the gym. I ate worse then I usually do. That being said, I went on lots of hikes and I didn’t over eat. When I got back (on Monday) I weighed myself and it said that I gained 2 pounds. I was honestly expecting a 10 pound weight gain... so YAY! And today I weighed myself and I hit a new low weight. I guess taking a break from your normal routine is a good thing?
Move your body regularly. What you do and how you do it, is up to you. There's a ton of stuff that you can do. Find something you enjoy.
And eat with your health in mind. The diets doesn't matter. One isn't better than the other. Just make one healthy choice, followed by another.
Being happy is the goal. Being body positive is the goal. Being healthy (for YOU) is the goal.
Razumijem sve vas koji imate želju ili ste donijeli u glavi neku želju za promjenom. Dosta vas se nekako brzo razočara jer je očekivalo sve to u nekom brzom postupku, ali neide sve to tako lako.
Iz iskustva ću vam reći da sav novac što ste mislili dati u fat burnere, tabletice, pojaseve oko struka itd, uložite u prehranu, znanje i pametan plan prehrane i program treninga.
Neki ljudi ne znaju što trebaju jesti, pa od sveg ludila koje im je nametnuto na internetu, odluče jesti 1 do 2 obroka maksimalno te rade sate i sate kardio treninga. Pada imunitet, libido i ostali hormoni se poremete.
Promoviram fitness i zdravlje, mislim da dosta ljudi ne uspiju ne zato što ne žele, već ne znaju kako krenuti ili čemu dati važnost.
Stvar je ustvari dosta jednostavna. Želite izgubiti mast, budite u blagom kalorijskom minusu na kraju dana sa visokim udjelom proteina. Ostavite kardio, uvatite se utega i šipke. 3 do 5 treninga tjedno.
Odmarajte dovoljno za rast i obnovu hormona. Od suplemenata preporučujem neki dobar multivitamin, omegu 3, a ostalo nije prioritetno. Sve ovisi o vama.
Sve se može.

I know you’ve seen the picture on the far left before, but I can’t help but continue to share it.. it’s one of the only pictures I took at that weight (294) and I remember after Jeremy took it I was honestly in disbelief. I genuinely did not recognize my body. Fast forward 7.5 months and I again do not recognize my body ! I’ve lost 109 pounds but I have gained SO much. Confidence, physical and mental strength, pride, knowledge about my body and how it works, knowledge about the foods I’m putting in to my body (many thanks to the @21daymealplan
in that department !) and so much more. It’s so empowering and exciting to realize the control we have over our bodies, the power to transform ourselves 🦋
I NEVER EVER (ever) even dreamt that one day I could have visible abdominal muscles.. that was always laughable to me😂..but these days I’m thinking it’s possible and it’s on my list of “what I’d like to see next” for myself.

• Made myself a breakfast bake today! This is a first for me and it was absolutely delish! I’ve got mushrooms, beans, two eggs, HexA cheese and leftover potatoes from last night! Also used WW wrap using my HexB as I fancied a wrap! This makes sooo much and it’s so filling. Also used (2syns) worth of mayo! ❤️

Even on vacation — my micro factor & greens keep me on track.
1. I pack exactly what I need for our greens.
2. Micro factor is so easy to travel with!
3. I try to cook as much as I can so I have control over what we’re eating.
4. Turkey sausage, egg and mozzarella with honey 🍯 flavored ketchup.
It’s easy to stay on track while on vacation, but only if you want to.
