Made it just in the nick of time! I have been finding it hard to do comparisons lately as it’s hard to see change I can always throw it back to when I was 260kg to now but even 6 months ago to now I’m finding it hard to see the difference... and I know it’s all in my head but the mental block is what I struggle with the most I think 💭 sometimes I just wanna throw in the towel and say stuff it why bother.. but looking back in everything I accomplished and how far I have come makes me super happy. Just fighting the inner demons can become exhausting but I am determined to kick them in the ass!! #transformationtuesday

Tea was horrible. So I’ve only eaten some chicken (and prawn crackers🤪). It was Tesco’s low calories chicken tikka and rice. I already hate ready meals at the best of times 🤮🤮🤮🤮 especially the meat, so I went out of my way to cook my own chicken to swap it and I added some beansprouts. Just wasn’t nice. Counting 250 calories rather than 550. Let talk iron:- it has been just over one week since my iron transfusion and holy cow you don’t realise what you have been missing I have so much energy back I didn’t realise how flat I actually was. For reference your level is to sit between 10-30 mine sat at 3..... I have more bloods in 3 weeks to see how my levels are and to determine if this is now a permanent thing that needs to happen once every 3 months. #amiironmanyet
