Fat loss supplements are BS! Don’t get caught up in the latest fads or rediculous marketing schemes. What they make up for in a abundance of advertising, they lack in education.
The only supplements that will aid your performance journey are; caffeine, creatine and protein shakes and they still don’t directly effect changes to fat loss.
You may have been told you don’t exercise enough, but this couldn’t be more wrong. It may be a preventative medicine, but just because your PT says you need to do burpee’s, CrossFit and the JOE WICKS 30 minute HIIT workouts doesn’t mean you’ll lose fat faster!
Individuals that stay active on a regular basis burn the most calories. By walking 10,000+ steps daily, you’ll burn thousands of calories every week! And guess what? You might not have to step foot in a gym to lose body fat. In fact, it might be more wise to concentrate on your levels of activity before you subscribe to any fitness gimmicks that can could leave you injured.
BE IN A CALORE DEFICIT! If you haven’t heard it before, you NEED to take note! Whilst it’s very important to eat a healthy diet of balanced macro and micro nutrients, if you eat too many calories
you WILL gain weight and potentially body fat.
If you’re trying to lose body fat, attending the gym regularly, trying to ‘eat clean’ and hating every second of it, it won’t take long until you fail again. The reason people yo-yo diet and jump on every new fitness fad imaginable is because of the wrong mindset. Yes, it may also be down to a lack of education, but ultimately if you’re not happy with yourself or constantly anxious or apprehensive of the way you look, then you may have already been defeated.
Changing your physique or losing lots of weight takes discipline and will power. But, if you’re not comfortable in your own mind, then you may never succeed! Learn to be happy first and foremost, then you can concentrate on all the other variables that get you to where you want to be 😊✌️
