Week 2 session 3 #newbodyplan - I felt fine initially and got to the last set of exercises and started to feel off colour. I had intended to do a HIIT finisher but decided against it. Got home and felt really sick, put myself to bed with a bucket next to me but feel much better. . Looking at my heart rate is was really low so clearly I wasn’t on form! . 4 sets of 8 reps Incline dumbbell bench press 8kg Seated row 35kg Dumbbell lateral raise 5kg Dumbbell hammer curl x 2 sets 8kg then 7kg Cable overhead triceps extension- reduced the weight to 6.25kg (hoping it looks better?!!) Press ups x 10 (3 where I try to do full; 7 off the knees) . I don’t feel like food so just brekkie and a couple of snacks today. . After a long hard 11 hour work day I still managed to go by the park and do a up pyramid 1 up to 10 for 55 pull ups and 20 push ups in between for 200 push ups total then here I finished of by working on my muscle ups the first one I did was a dead hang with no swing at all just strength to get over the bar and complete the muscle up and the other 2 I had to use momentum . I had an easy 5 on me but I had to get of the bar cause the kids where going to grab my phone . After work I hit a little set of pulls ups I did 1 up to 10 pul ups for a total of 55 pull ups and in between I did sets of 20 pull ups for a total of 200 push ups and then I did muscle ups I started with 6 muscle ups and then 10 deeps at top of the bar and I worked my way down to 1 and did deeps till failure I was tired but didn’t quit . I need to work on my muscle ups I need to get the correct technique down.
